NetSquared is the international volunteer network of TechSoup, a world-wide nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the online and technological expertise and effectiveness of other nonprofit organizations working for social good.
“Our Ambassadors, who are veteran community organizers, will act as regional leads for NetSquared organizers, strengthing the inter-group bonds between NetSquared groups and recruiting new NetSquared organizers,” explained NetSquared’s Elijah van der Geissen in the organization’s announcement.
As a NetSquared Ambassador for Eastern North America, Pauli-Haack will offer regular mentorship and support to current and prospective organizers in the region via monthly communication; chair the creation of regional NetSquared regional gatherings. help direct the development of the NetSquared community, ensuring that the TechSoup continues to improve our support for our community organizers.
Pauli-Haack has long been involved in helping nonprofit organizations advance online and it’s no secret Relevanza has a soft spot in its corporate heart for organizations working to improve the world.
As part of her on-going effort back on the ground in Southwest Florida – and in conjunction with another and separate international organization, the Nonprofit Technology Network – Pauli-Haack organized a 501 Tech Club / Netsquared group in 2013. The group called NFN4Good TechClub meets monthly to provide a space and time for nonprofit leaders to share their own ideas and learn new trends and techniques for advancing their online presence and mission. The 501 Tech Club is also a collaboration with NFN4Good, the nonprofit education arm of the Naples Free Net.
As Ambassador for NetSquared, Pauli-Haack will help prepare for the Nonprofit Technology Conference in March in Austin, TX., and help organize other nonprofit technology groups all over North America.
