Pinterest referrals continue to eclipse other platforms


Still think Pinterest is just for soccer moms (now called, "networked moms") working on scrapbook hobbies? Think again. 

Pinterest has eclipsed Twitter, Bing and StumbeUpon in the number of people jumping from its site to other sites through Pinterest links. That action is called, referrals, in the online tracking biz and Shareaholic says Pinterest even tops Google referrals in every category except your basic - or organic - Google search. Pinterest topped Google+, LinkedIN and YouTube in referrals back in January, according to the sharing service.
